摘要
犁的发展历史悠久,是农业生产中重要的耕作部件。犁体曲面设计是犁体设计的核心和基础,犁体在与土壤接触过程中受力复杂。如何提高翻地效率,减少磨损,降低能耗是犁体设计工作者面临的问题。本文对犁的发展概况,犁体的理论研究、试验研究、设计研究进展等方面进行总结,从犁体曲面形状、犁—土壤相互作用出发,探讨国内外铧式犁性能差异,为国产犁的设计、生产及加工提供借鉴。
The plow has a long history of development and is an important part of ploughing in agricultural production.The curved surface design of the plough body is the core and foundation of its design.In the process of its contact with soil,the force on the plough body is complex and how to improve the efficiency of ploughing,reduce wear and consume energy is the major facing problem of designers.In this paper,the development of the mouldboard,theoretical research,experimental research and design research progress of the plough body were summarized.The performance differences of the moldboard plough at home and abroad were discussed based on the curved shape of the plough body and the interaction stress between mouldboard and soil,which provides references for the design,production and processing of the domestic mouldboard plough.
