摘要 针对我国新疆南部地区棉花种植面积大,棉籽分选技术还不够成熟,现有的人工分选技术只能识别棉籽外部的成色信息,无法精准识别棉籽的内部品质,而且人工分选具有成本高、效率低等诸多缺点和不足。从促进经济发展,解决棉籽分选方面的诸多问题,特此开发以负压机为执行端的棉籽分选系统。该装置主要由棉籽分离、传送系统、检测系统、回收系统和信息处理系统组成,对棉籽进行分离、传送、图像采集并将其转换为与DSP相匹配信号,送入DSP芯片,DSP通过收集的信息控制负压机、正反转电机、电动机的运行,最终完成对劣质棉籽的收集。试验表明,该装置设计合理,对劣质棉籽的分选效果良好,提高棉籽的辨识率,分选成功率高,可以完成棉籽的分选。为棉籽进行有效、快速的分选提供重要的理论依据。 In view of the large planting area of cotton in the southern region of Xinjiang in China,the technology of cottonseed sorting is not mature enough.The existing artificial sorting technology can only identify the external color information of cotton seed,and cannot accurately identify the internal quality of cottonseed.Moreover,artificial sorting has many shortcomings and deficiencies,such as high cost and low efficiency.In order to promote economic development and solve problems such as cottonseed sorting,a cottonseed sorting system with negative pressure machine as the executing end is developed.The device will separate and transmit the cottonseed,and the image signal is processed and converted into a matching signal with DSP,which is sent to DSP chip.DSP controls the operation of negative press,forward and reverse motor and motor through the collected information,and finally completes the collection of inferior cottonseed.The actuator is mainly composed of cottonseed separation,transmission system,detection system,recovery system and information processing system.Experimental result demonstrates,the device is reasonable designed,has good screening effect on inferior cottonseed,has improved the recognition rate of cottonseed,the success rate of separation is high,can complete the sorting of cottonseed.It provides important theoretical basis for effective and rapid separation of cottonseeds.
