摘要
棉秆拔除是棉秆收获的关键技术和首道工序,研究棉秆拔除技术对棉秆资源化利用具有重要意义。棉秆拔除效果与棉秆、土壤的物理特性参数以及拔秆机构的结构形式、工作参数密切相关。当前缺乏合适的棉秆拔除机械,制约了棉秆资源的收集和利用。本文从棉秆力学特性、棉秆拉拔阻力以及拔秆机构三个方面对现有棉秆拔除相关技术研究现状进行梳理分析,并对其发展前景和研究方向进行展望,建议开展系统性研究,为棉秆拔除机构的设计与应用提供理论依据。
Cotton-stalk uprooting is the key technology and the first process of cotton-stalk harvesting.Researching on the cotton-stalk uprooting technology is of great significance for cotton-stalk utilization.The effect of cotton-stalk uprooting is closely influenced by the physical properties of the cotton-stalk and soil,and the structure and working parameters of the stalk uprooting mechanism.The collection and utilization of cotton-stalk is restricted at present because of lacking of suitable cotton-stalk uprooting machinery.In this paper,the current research status of cotton-stalk uprooting technology was summarized and analyzed,including the mechanical properties of cotton-stalk,cotton-stalk uprooting resistance and uprooting mechanism.And a perspective on cotton-stalk uprooting and the research directions in the future were briefly discussed.It was suggested that the systematic research could be carried out,which provides a theoretical basis for design and application of cotton-stalk uprooting mechanism.
