甘肃玉米铺膜种植区残膜回收机械化技术适应性分析

Adaptability analysis of residual film mechanization collecting in the areas of planting of corn with film-mulching of Gansu Province

以甘肃省中部的玉米铺膜种植区的残膜回收机械化技术为研究对象,基于甘肃省内自主研发的4种不同结构的残膜回收机型进行了残膜回收适应性分析。结果表明:4种残膜回收机具残膜捡拾净率≥80%、缠膜率均≤3.0%、安全性均符合残膜回收机械化作业标准,值得大面积推广应用。

The research object is the residual film mechanization collecting in the loess hilly area in the middle of Gansu province,based on 4 types of residual film collectors and researches them independently of Gansu Province.The results show that the collecting rate of 4 types of residual film collectors are equal to or greater than 80%,the film wrapping rate are equal to or less than 3.0%,the safety of residual film mechanization collecting to satisfy the standard.And they are worth extensive application.
