摘要
为机械化去除大黄鱼的内脏,需要研制将其开背鱼体和脏腔定位的仿形料槽。通过测量大黄鱼外形尺寸得到体长和体质量的拟合关系式;根据拟合关系式,对其胸腔关键参数进行测量,利用Proe软件对其中的关键部件仿形槽体进行曲面造型设计,并利用激光加工技术,将其三维模型实体制作出来;最后再利用开背大黄鱼鱼体放入(或置入)仿形料槽进行比对和误差分析验证,验证该建模料槽的精准度和实用性。试验研究表明:该建模仿形料槽使用效果优良,这对于大黄鱼前处理和去脏加工技术推广具有现实意义。
In order to mechanically remove the viscera of Pseudosciaena crocea,it is necessary to develop a profiling material trough to fix the viscera of Pseudosciaena crocea.The fitting relationship between body length and body mass was obtained by measuring the shape size of Pseudosciaena crocea.According to the fitting relationship,the key parameters of the thoracic cavity were measured.Finally,the profiling trough of the key component was designed by Proe software,and the laser processing technology was used.The three-dimensional model was printed out,and the error analysis was carried out by using the back-opening large yellow croaker contour-removing trough to compare the accuracy of the trough modeling.The results showed that the modeling effect of the tank is excellent,which has practical significance for the pre-treatment and large-scale processing of Pseudosciaena crocea.
