摘要
ZJ17卷烟机组原梗签分离控制系统控制技术落后,操作不便,可靠性低,已经无法满足烟厂现代化生产需求,因此,采用S7-200系列PLC、触摸屏以及PROFIBUS现场总线技术对原系统进行改进,设计一套新型在线控制系统,主要包括对梗签分离设备的实时监控,数据记录,参数控制等功能。同时解决真空浮选腔落料口附近梗签量过多时易堵塞的问题。试验结果表明,改进后的控制系统可提高设备的稳定性与可靠性,机组操作与维护变得更加简单,并且使梗中含丝率由17.97%下降至1.59%,每年可为烟厂节省超过3 000 kg成品烟丝,为烟厂精益生产提供支持。
The original stem separation control system of ZJ17 cigarette machine is backward,inconvenient operation,low reliability,and have been unable to meet the demand of cigarette factory’s modern production.Therefore,the original system is improved with the Siemens S7-200 series PLC,touch screen and PROFIBUS field bus technology,which designed a new type of online control system,mainly including real-time monitoring of the stem separation equipment,data record,controlling parameter,etc.At the same time,the problem of blockage near the blanking port of vacuum flotation chamber was solved,too.The application results show that the improved control system improves the stability and production efficiency of the machine,reduces the consumption of tobacco,and facilitates the operation and maintenance of the unit.Moreover,the percentage of filar in sliver decreased from 17.97%to 1.59%,which can save more than 3 000 kg of tobacco every year,and provide support for lean production of tobacco factory.
