摘要
为使水肥溶液更好满足果树养分需求,设计一个果园水肥一体化混肥系统。系统采用液位传感器、pH值传感器和EC值传感器检测水肥溶液参数,采用逻辑控制调节水、肥量和溶液EC值,通过基于混合蚁群算法的变论域模糊控制调节水肥溶液pH值。系统仿真及运行试验表明,该算法能够实时调节伸缩因子,将水肥溶液的pH值保持在7.0,实现水肥溶液pH值的精准调节,满足果树生长需要。
In order to make the water and fertilizer solution better meet the nutrient requirements of fruit trees,a water and fertilizer mixture system for orchard was designed in this paper.The system uses liquid level sensor,pH sensor and EC value sensor to detect water and fertilizer solution parameters,uses logic control to adjust water,fertilizer and solution EC value,and uses variable domain fuzzy control based on hybrid ant colony algorithm to adjust the pH value of water and fertilizer solution.System simulation and operation experiments show that the algorithm can adjust the expansion factor in real time,keep the pH value of water and fertilizer solution at 7.0,realize the precise adjustment of the pH value of water and fertilizer solution,and meet the needs of fruit tree growth.
