摘要
国内由于种植习惯和地域不同,导致农作物的种植行间距差异较大。当今市场上的收获机不能很好地适应这一情况,为使收获机适应农作物种植行间距差异而设计一种新型智能收获机割台,能够实现割台整体长度的改变和九个摘穗辊间距的自动调整,针对其功能设计开发液压系统,并采用PLC技术实现该液压系统的自动控制,使得摘穗辊行间距能够在450~650 mm范围内可调。
Due to different planting habits and geographical differences in the country,the spacing of planting rows varies greatly.The harvesters on the market today are not well adapted to this situation.In order to adapt the harvester to the difference in the spacing of crop planting rows,a new intelligent harvester header can be designed to achieve the change of the overall length of the header and nine picking rolls.The automatic adjustment of the spacing,the development of the hydraulic system for its function,and the use of PLC technology to achieve automatic control of the hydraulic system,so that the line spacing of the picking rolls can be adjusted in the range of 450~650 mm.
