摘要
保护性耕作是目前解决秸秆堆积污染、焚烧等问题的有效措施,目前免耕播种机具大多存在作业能耗较大的问题,限制免耕播种机的进一步推广。对现有免耕播种机具粉碎输送部件进行机理分析,对不同的部件结构进行对比分析;针对免耕播种机秸秆粉碎输送部件的降耗工作理论进展、机构的改进、参数的优化,分别进行分析与探究;对免耕播种机粉碎输送部件降耗技术的前景进行总结与展望,为现阶段免耕播种机降耗技术的发展提供理论研究依据。
Conservation tillage is an effective measure to solve the problems of straw accumulation pollution and incineration.At present,most of the no-tillage planting machines have the problem of large energy consumption,which limits the further promotion of no-tillage planters.In this paper,the mechanism analysis of straw pulverization and transportation parts of the no-tillage planting machine is carried out,and the different parts structure are compared and analyzed.The theoretical progress,mechanism improvement and parameter optimization of the straw smashing and conveying parts of the no-tillage planter are respectively carried out.Analyze and explore,and summarize the prospects of the technology of reducing the consumption of the grinding and conveying components of the no-till planter,and provide theoretical basis for the development of the technology of no-till planter at this stage.
