摘要 研究土壤与肥料的混合过程,可以有效地对土壤进行施肥。建立离散元模型,对螺旋混合轴进行结构设计,得出评估土壤与肥料混合程度的方程;采用EDEM软件对螺旋混合轴的混合效果进行仿真模拟,分析土肥混合过程中颗粒的运动轨迹,得出肥料颗粒在土壤中的变异系数为8.53%,满足施肥后土肥混合要求。最后进行样机试验,试验结果为变异系数为13.8%,土肥混均匀度为86.2%,验证仿真的正确性。 Studying the mixing process of soil and fertilizer can effectively fertilize the soil.The discrete element model is established,and the structure of the spiral mixing shaft is designed.The equation for evaluating the mixing degree of soil and fertilizer is obtained.The mixing effect of the spiral mixing shaft is simulated by EDEM software,and the trajectory of the particles in the process of soil and fertilizer mixing is analyzed.The coefficient of variation of fertilizer granules in the soil is 8.53%,which satisfies the requirements of soil and fertilizer mixing after fertilization.Finally,the prototype test was carried out.The test results showed a coefficient of variation of 13.8%and a uniformity of soil and fertilizer of 86.2%,which verified the correctness of the simulation.
