摘要
为解决我国大型联合收割机制造质量数据管理无序、质量问题可追溯性差等问题,基于质量BOM(也称QBOM,Quality Bill of Material)研究质量数据管理方法,通过分析质量BOM与其他BOM成员关系,构建制造质量BOM体系数据模型,并以此为基础构建大型联合收割机制造质量数据库。基于多色集理论研究数据库视图创建及权限管理方案,最终开发制造质量信息平台,为大型联合收割机制造质量追溯、管理提供数据支撑。
In order to solve the problems of disorder of quality data management and poor traceability of quality problems in large-scale combine harvester manufacturing in China,the quality data management method based on quality BOM(also known as QBOM,Quality Bill of Material)was studied.By analyzing the relationship between quality BOM and other BOM members,the data model of manufacturing quality BOM system was constructed,and on this basis,the manufacturing quality of large-scale combine harvester was constructed.Based on the theory of polychromatic sets,the database view creation and authority management scheme are studied.Finally,the manufacturing quality information platform is developed to provide data support for the traceability and management of manufacturing quality of large combine harvesters.
