中国农产品加工业企业家才能的集聚与生产率测度——基于地理、行业与组织规模的协同效应

Measurement of clustering and productivity of entrepreneurship in China’s agricultural products processing industry: Synergies among territory, industry and organization

为给各地区更好地贯彻、落实《融合规划》提供决策事实参考与评价指标工具,借鉴系统三螺旋的研究方法,以农产品加工业非公企业(共125 870个)作为样本数据,利用信息熵与互信息工具测度地理、行业、组织规模三个维度的协同效应,分析中国及国内主要经济区农产品加工业企业家才能的集聚状态与生产率。研究结果表明:八大经济区内农产品加工业企业家才能各类集聚度表现各异,但均表现出基于行业选择地理配置方向的集聚特征;国家层面生产率主要来源于北部沿海、东北、南部沿海与东部沿海经济区的贡献,而经济区之间的协同效应拉低国家层面的生产率水平,区间的分工协同有待改善。各经济区要结合区内农产品加工业企业家才能的集聚特征,有针对性地制定、推进产业融合政策,并进行合理的政策效果评价。

In order to provide decision-making facts reference and evaluation index tools for better implementation and implementation of Fusion Planning in different regions,using systematic research methods based on the triple helix theory and all(125870)Chinese non-public enterprises in agricultural products processing industry,this paper measures synergies among territory,industry and organization to analyze the clustering and productivity of entrepreneurs in agricultural products processing industry in China and major economic regions,with indicators of information entropy and mutual information.The results show that the entrepreneurs of agricultural products processing industry in the eight economic zones have different degrees of agglomeration,but they all show the characteristics of agglomeration based on the choice of geographical distribution direction of industries;the productivity at the national level mainly comes from the contribution of the northern coastal,northeastern,southern coastal and eastern coastal economic zones,while the synergistic effect between the economic zones lowers the productivity level at the national level.All economic zones should formulate and promote industrial integration policies according to the clustering characteristics of entrepreneurs in agricultural products processing industry,and make reasonable effect evaluation.
