棉田地膜回收打捆机关键部件的优化设计与试验 被引量:8

摘要 为提高棉田地膜回收率和打捆密度,采用理论和仿真分析相结合的方法,优化了棉田地膜回收打捆机的工作流程和关键部件的参数。优化后的棉田地膜回收打捆机增加曲柄摇杆输膜机构,捡拾滚筒转速为55 r/min,捡膜齿的长度为0.19 m,刷膜辊转速为37 r/min,圆捆打捆机钢辊转速为358 r/min,滚筒圆周上均布的捡膜齿排数为4排。进行了对比试验,试验结果表明:优化后的棉田地膜回收打捆机的地膜回收率提高7.5%,回收损失率降低43.5%,打捆密度提高17.9%。 In order to improve the recovery rate and baling density of cotton filed film,the working flow and the parameters of key components of cotton field film recycling and baling machine were optimized by combining theory and simulation analysis.The optimized cotton field film recycling and baling machine adopts the crank rocker film conveying mechanism,the rotational speed of pick up roller is 55 r/min,the length of picking film tooth is 0.19 m,the rotational speed of brush film roller is 37 r/min,and the rotational speed of steel roller of round bale machine is 358 r/min,and the number of picking film tooth distributed on the circumference of the roller is 4 rows.A comparative test was carried out,and the results showed that the optimized recycling rate of cotton field film was increased by 7.5%,the recovery loss rate was reduced by 43.5%,and the baling density was increased by 17.9%.
