摘要 大葱的高效收获对于提高地区经济发展水平有着重要的意义,但葱在机械收获时,对葱的力学特性缺少考虑,收获过程造成葱的损坏。以香葱和分葱为试验材料,在CTM6502精密型微控电子万能试验机上进行拉伸试验。通过分析葱受拉时的力学特性曲线,建立其对应力学模型,获得香葱试样被拉伸时的弹性模量为18.369 12 MPa,分葱试样被拉伸时的弹性模量为50.905 53 Mpa;香葱弹性极限强度为0.253 78 MPa,分葱弹性极限强度为0.164 46 MPa;香葱的屈服极限为0.643 07 MPa,分葱的屈服极限为0.358 16 MPa。上述力学数据结论可为大葱收获机械的夹持机构设计及工作参数确定提供理论依据。 The high-efficiency harvesting of scallion has great significance for improving the level of regional economic development.However,because lake the consideration of mechanical properties of scallion when mechanical harvesting,the damage are often taken place.Using shallot and chive as experimental materials,tensile tests are carried out on the CTM6502 precision microelectronic universal testing machine.By analyzing the mechanical properties of chive and shallot scallion,the modulus of elasticity are obtained.The modulus of elasticity of chive and shallot are 18.369 12 MPa,50.905 53 MPa respectively.The maximum elastic intensity of chive and shallot are 0.253 78 MPa,0.164 46 MPa respectively.The yield limit of chive and shallot are 0.643 07 MPa,0.358 16 MPa respectively.The conclusions provide theoretical basis for the design and parameter selection of scallion harvesting machine.
