河南省生态农业和乡村旅游的耦合协调发展研究

Study on the coupled and harmonious development of eco-agriculture and rural tourism in Henan Province

生态农业、乡村旅游对农村经济发展至关重要,如何协调生态农业和乡村旅游的均衡发展,没有现成的模式可供借鉴。通过对2005—2017年河南省农业、旅游业相关数据分析,提出河南省生态农业和乡村旅游耦合协调发展的政策建议,有利于河南省生态农业、乡村旅游的可持续发展。重点从资源融合、市场融合、功能融合、信息融合四个方面入手,提出生态农业、乡村旅游耦合协调发展的具体模式,使旅游总收入占当地生产总值比重年均增长速度达到11.02%,地表水符合劣Ⅴ类标准占比年均变化量达到-1.83%,对于我国其他省份生态农业和乡村旅游的长远发展具有重要的参考价值。

Eco-agriculture and rural tourism are very important to rural economic development.There is no ready-made model for reference on how to coordinate the balanced development of eco-agriculture and rural tourism.Based on the analysis of relevant data of agriculture and tourism in Henan Province from 2005 to 2017,this paper puts forward policy suggestions for the coordinated development of eco-agriculture and rural tourism in Henan Province,which is conducive to the sustainable development of eco-agriculture and rural tourism in Henan Province.Focusing on the four aspects of resource integration,market integration,function integration and information fusion,this paper puts forward the concrete mode of coupling and coordinated development of ecological agriculture and rural tourism,which makes the annual growth rate of total tourism income as a proportion of GDP reach 11.02%,and the annual change amount of surface water in accordance with the inferior category V standard reach-1.83%.For other provinces in China,ecological agriculture and rural areas are affected by the above mentioned factors.The long-term development of tourism has important reference value.
