港珠澳大桥是连接粤港澳三地的大型跨海通道,安全管理是项目管理的重中之重。通过对港珠澳大桥交通工程项目安全管理现状、存在的问题分析,辨析一切影响工程的影响因素,建立科学合理的健康、安全与环境管理体系,制定完善的安全管理制度,确保施工过程的安全管理有章可循、有法可依,实现了港珠澳大桥交通项目期到必成的目标。

Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is a large sea-crossing passageway connecting Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao. Safety management is the most important project management. Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of traffic safety management in the traffic engineering project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,all the influencing factors of the project are analyzed,a scientific and reasonable health,safety and environmental management system as well aa a sound safety management system are established to ensure the safety management of the construction process is governed by the rules and the laws. Thus the goal of the traffic engineering project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge will be achieved.
