摘要
桥梁工程敷设电力电缆在我国的应用实例很少,而在远距离跨海大桥内敷设高压电力电缆在世界上也只有少数工程先例,为避免长距离桥梁敷设可能对电缆带来的危害,特结合港珠澳大桥的高压电缆敷设质量控制实例进行归纳总结。根据港珠澳大桥施工现场情况,并经过理论计算与试验研究,分别采用了全程蛇形敷设和设置电缆伸缩装置、加装防振垫、中间接头两端电缆预留、对电缆作刚性固定等办法,较好地解决了电缆的热伸缩及桥梁振动等难题,将电缆热伸缩对安全运行带来的威胁降至最小。这些对策对今后跨海大桥大截面电缆的设计和施工具有较好的指导作用。
The application examples of power cable laying in bridge engineering are few in China,there are only a few engineering precedents of the installation of high-voltage power cables in long distance sea-crossing bridge. In order to avoid the possible harm to cable caused by long distance bridge laying,the example of the high voltage cable laying quality control of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is summed up. According to the construction site of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, through theoretical calculation and experimental research,the whole serpentine laying and installation of cable telescopic device,installation of earthquake-proof pad,cable reservation at both ends of the middle connector,and rigid fixing of cables are used to solve the problems such as thermal expansion of cable and vibration of bridge,etc. The threat posed by cable thermal expansion to safe operation is minimized. These measures are of great guiding role in the design and construction of large section cable for cross-sea bridge in the future.
