摘要
为了满足港珠澳大桥桥梁检测车动力需求,同时为港珠澳大桥后备电力EPS/UPS提供电源,针对传统铅酸电池存在的性能低、成本高、污染大等问题,设计研究出新能源锂离子电池。首先分析新能源锂离子电池技术的特点、相对传统铅酸电池的优势,详细介绍新能源锂离子电池技术在港珠澳大桥交通工程桥梁检测车及EPS/UPS电源系统中的应用,重点阐述了新能源锂离子电池技术的设计目标、设计原则,并给出了桥梁检测车锂电池和EPS/UPS锂电池的具体设计方案。
In order to meet the demand of the power of checkout automobile for Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,and provide the backup power(EPS/UPS power) for Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,aiming at the low performance,high cost and heavy pollution of traditional lead-acid battery performance,high cost and low pollution problems,a kind of new energy lithium ion battery is designed. We analysed the technology feature of the new energy lithium ion battery and the advantage relative to the traditional lead-acid battery,introduced the application of this technology in the check-out vehicle for traffic engineering of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and EPS/UPS power supply system,and explained the design target and principle of the new energy lithium ion battery technology,and gave the design scheme of the lithium batteries for bridge check-out vehicle and EPS/UPS lithium batteries.
