摘要
港珠澳大桥跨越珠江口伶仃洋海域,是连接香港特别行政区、广东省珠海市、澳门特别行政区的大型跨海通道,是国家高速公路网规划中珠江三角洲地区环线的组成部分和跨越伶仃洋海域的关键性工程。港珠澳大桥交通工程在桥梁伸缩缝处通过电缆伸缩装置的应用调节电缆的伸缩量,同时满足电缆下引至墩台的需要,以确保电缆不被物理损伤。这就造成了电缆弯曲点多、弯曲半径多为动态可变等情况,需要一种电缆最小弯曲半径自制检具对其加以控制。
Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge crosses Pearl River estuary of Lingdingyang sea area,it is the large sea-crossing channel connecting Hong Kong special administrative region,Macao special administrative region,Zhuhai of Guangdong Province,and it is the part of the loop line of Pearl River delta region and the key project crossing Lingdingyang sea area in national expressway network planning. In the traffic engineering of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the cable telescopic device is used at the bridge expansion joints to adjust the expansion amount of the cable and to meet the needs of the cable led to the pier to ensure that the cable is not physical damaged. It results in many cable bending points and the bending radius values are mostly dynamic variable,which needs to be controlled by a homemade tool for inspecting minimum bending radius of cable.
