摘要
道路危险品运输主要依靠液罐半挂车。液体危险品运输罐车重心高、载重大,在运行过程中容易发生侧翻事故。本研究以GB28373—2012《N类和O类罐式车辆侧倾稳定性》为依据,以特定型号的液罐车为样本,研究在同种型号下,不同罐体截面形状的设计对罐车侧倾稳定性的影响。本研究详细分析液罐车侧倾稳定性的计算方法,针对变截面液罐半挂车研究了变截面高度差和半挂车侧倾稳定性指标qc(修正的侧向加速度与重力加速度比值)的关系。通过计算可得,该型号半挂车圆截面情况下的qc值和侧倾角数值均满足标准要求;变截面情况下,随着变截面高度差数值的增加,半挂车的质心高度下降。进而使得半挂车qc值与侧倾角数值增大,半挂车侧倾稳定性得到提高。
The transport of road dangerous goods mainly depends on semi-trailer of liquid tank. The high centroid and heavy load of the tank truck for transport of road dangerous goods can easily occur rollover during the driving. Choosing the specific type of liquid tank truck as a sample,we researched the influence of different tank section shape designs on the rollover stability of the tank truck based on Tank Vehicles of Categories N and O with Regard to Rollover Stability( GB28373—2012). The calculation method of rollover stability of liquid tank truck is analyzed. For the variable section semi-trailer of liquid tank,the relation between rollover stability angle and rollover stability index qc( the ratio of corrected lateral acceleration to gravity acceleration) is researched. The calculation result shows that( 1) when the semi-trailer has circular section,the values of qcand roll angle meet the requirements of the standard;( 2) when the semi-trailer has variable section,the centroid height decreases as the value of variable cross section height difference increase. It also made qcand roll angle increasing,which can improve the rollover stability of semi-trailer.
