燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组余热锅炉吹管实例 被引量:4

摘要 目前,国内很多电厂采用9FB级"二拖一"燃气蒸汽联合循环布置方式,余热锅炉(HRSG)全部为三压系统,汽水系统流程较为复杂,其蒸汽吹管过程也较传统的燃煤机组或其他双压无再热小型机组有很大的不同。以某电厂蒸汽吹管实际为例,介绍了9FB级"二拖一"燃气蒸汽联合循环机组蒸汽吹管的工艺流程、蒸汽参数以及吹管系数的选取。阐述了吹管的全部过程,并分析在吹管过程中遇到的问题和处理建议。本实例所采用的吹管方法,不仅达到了良好的吹扫效果而且简化了集粒器及其临时系统加工、施工和恢复的步序,缩短了吹管工期,可为同类型机组吹管调试提供经验。 At present,9 FB class'2 GT +1 ST'gas-steam combined cycle unit is arranged in many domestic power plants,where HRSGs are all three-pressure systems,and the steamwater system is more complex,so the steam purging of piping process is also quite different from that of traditional coal-fired units or other small double-pressure non-reheat units.Taking the steam purging piping of a certain power plant as an example in this paper,the steam purging process flow,the steam parameters and the steam-purging factor for 9 FB class'2 GT +1 ST'gas-steam combined cycle unit are introduced.The whole process of steampurging is expound,the problems encountered during the steam-purging are analyzed and the suggestions are given.The steam purging method adopted in this example not only achieved good cleaning effect,but also simplified the manufacturing,construction and recovery steps of the particle collector and its temporary system,shortened the steam blowing period,and provided experience for the commissioning of steam blowing of the same type of units.
