关系绩效及其在组织管理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 关系绩效是目前人力资源管理研究领域的一个热点,它是新环境下对绩效概念的重要补充,并引起了广泛的关注和大量的实证研究。该文从关系绩效的定义和结构维度入手,分析了关系绩效理论给组织管理所带来的影响和意义。这主要表现在组织绩效考核、人员选拔、企业文化等方面。
