煤炭企业经理人核心胜任力研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过采用行为事件访谈、问卷和因子分析等方法构建在煤炭企业特殊的文化范畴下经理人的胜任力模型,主要包括四个方面的核心胜任力。研究结果表明,在文化-绩效框架下进行煤炭企业经理人核心胜任力研究,具有重要的现实意义。
