Research on Internet Governance in the New Eraunder the Vision of Holism

在中国特色社会主义新时代思想的指引下,党的十九大从党和国家事业发展的全局出发,明确提出要加强互联网内容建设,建立网络综合治理体系,营造清朗的网络空间。这既体现了习近平总书记关于互联网治理系列重要讲话精神的逻辑发展,也彰显了我们党对网络建设与发展规律的深刻把握,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的有机组成部分,同时也为我国网络技术的未来发展和科学研究提供了根本保障。本文以整体性治理理论为基础,结合当前我国互联网治理现状,提出了整体性视阈下互联网治理的新思路。

Under the guidance of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly proposed to strengthen the construction of Internet content, establish a comprehensive network management system, and create a clear network space. Not only it reflects the logical development of Xi Jinping’s spirit of the important speeches on the Internet governance series, but also demonstrates our Party’s profound understanding of the law of network construction and development. It is an integral part of Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The future development and scientific research of China’s network technology provides a fundamental guarantee. Based on the holistic governance theory and the current status of Internet governance in China, this paper proposes a new thought of Internet governance under the holistic perspective.
