摘要
目的,随着公立医院改革的全面开展,人才工作直接影响医院的生存与发展,人才引进是医院人力资源管理工作中的重要部分,结合医院目前人才引进实际情况进行思考。方法,结合医院目前人才引进工作情况,从引进需求、引进方式、前期沟通、后期管理等方面进行思考及提出建议。结果,人才引进工作必须按需出发,做好前期沟通,为所引进人才提供良好平台并做好后期的人才管理及评估工作。结论,总结出医院人才引进工作的几个关键点:领导重视、多种方式结合、按需引进、事前沟通、引进后对人才的评价、管理与培养。
Objective With the comprehensive development of public hospital reform, the talent work directly affects the survival and development of the hospital. The introduction of talents is an important part of the hospital’s human resources management. Methods In conjunction with the current state of the hospital, we have been thinking and making Suggestions from the introduction of the demand, the introduction, the prophase of the approach, the management of the post-it. Results Talent introduction work must proceed from the on-demand, communicate with the early, late for the introduction of talent to provide a good platform and make the talent management, and evaluation work. Conclusion The key points of the introduction of hospital talents are summed up: the leadership attaches importance to, the combination of various ways, the need to introduce, the pre-communication, the introduction of the talent evaluation, management and cultivation.
