为提高高校适应市场经济和自我发展能力 ,确保高校健康、持续发展 ,高校内部经济体制的改革已势在必行。后勤社会化、分配制度。
To improve their abilities of adaptation to market economy and self-development, and to ensure themselves healthy and persistent, it is imperative for the institution of higher learning to reform their intrinsic economic system, which mainly includes rear-service socialization, allotment system, mechanism of using personnel and financial affairs management as well.
