摘要
在系统实验的基础上,总结出影响深孔镀铁层硬度、结合强度、尺寸粗度等性能的主要因素是:电流密度、施镀温度、镀液循环流动速度、起镀规范及施镀装置的结构合理性。并阐明主要因素的影响程度及提高镀层性能的具体措施和途径。
On the basis of systematic experiments, we sum that the current density, plating
temperature of plating equipment are the primary factors influencing the properties of
the plating layer, such as hardness, bound strength, size precision and so on. And
meanwhile, the influence level of the primary factors, and the concret steps and the
ways to improve the properties of the plating layer are clarified.
