摘要
积极推进农业过剩劳动力的转移 ,解决农民就业 ,是我国当前现代化建设中带有根本性的问题。充分发挥政府在这项工作中的主导作用 ,改革户籍制度 ,发展农村教育 ,提高农民把握就业机会的能力 。
To promote actively transfornation of surplus labour in Agriculture and solve employment forfarmers is an essential problem in construction of modernizations at present in China.We should fully develop the function of main guide in the work,reform system of household register,develop rural education,raise the ability of farmers to employment and help them trasforming to non-agriculture.
