The official virtue is an important factor ,which is related to nation's rise and fall and has been concerned by all rulers in the whole history.From the dialectic relation between disciplining and self-disciplining,we should earnestly analysize and explore approach and methods to strengthen construction of official morality which contains important theoretical and realistical significance for moral construction of socialism in the new era.
