阴道与宫颈分泌物的细菌培养及其药敏分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:了解妇女阴道与宫颈分泌物中的细菌及其药物敏感性情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:通过细菌培养、鉴定和药敏试验,分析阴道与宫颈中的细菌分布,及其药敏情况。结果:1 463例阴道与宫颈分泌物标本,662例标本检出细菌阳性,其中革兰阴性菌217株、革兰阳性菌176株、真菌269株,分别占32.8%、26.6%、40.6%。不同的革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌及真菌耐药情况有差异。结论:不同妇女阴道与宫颈分泌物中的细菌不同,药物敏感性也有差异。 Objective:To understand the bacteria in vaginal and cervical secretions of women and their drug sensitivity,so as to provide evidence for rational use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods:The distribution of pathogenic bacteria in vagina and cervix and their drug susceptibility were analyzed by bacterial culture,identification and drug susceptibility test.Results:Of all the 1 463 samples of vaginal and cervical secretions,662 cases were positive for bacteria,including 217 Gram-negative bacteria,176 Gram-positive bacteria and 269 fungi,accounting for 32.8%,26.6%and 40.6%respectively.The drug resistance of different Gram-negative bacteria,Gram-positive bacteria and fungi was different.Conclusion:The bacteria in vaginal and cervical secretions of different women are different,and the drug sensitivity is also different.
