微跟通在跟腱断裂修复中的临床应用探讨 被引量:1

Clinical application of minimally invasive accessory pathway for Achilles tendon rupture in repair of achilles tendon fracture

摘要 目的:探讨微创跟腱断裂通道辅助(微跟通)在跟腱断裂修复中的临床应用效果。方法:拟行微跟通治疗的6例闭合跟腱断裂患者为研究组,另选同期采用传统微创缝合方式治疗的8例闭合跟腱断裂患者为对照组。治疗后随访6个月,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组治疗优良率(100%,6/6)高于对照组(50.0%,4/8),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的手术切口长度、手术时间以及住院时间均短于对照组患者,观察组治疗后的NAS评分低于对照组,AOFAS高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微跟通治疗跟腱断裂疗效好,腓肠神经损伤等并发症发生率低。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive accessory pathway for Achilles tendon rupture in repair of achilles tendon fracture.Methods:6 patients with closed Achilles tendon rupture were treated with minimally invasive accessory therapy as the study group.Another 8 cases of closed Achilles tendon rupture treated by traditional minimally invasive suture were selected as the control group.Follow-up 6 months after treatment,the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment was analyzed.Results:The superior rate of treatment in the observation group was 100%(6/6),higher than 50.0%(4/8)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the length of incision,operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the NAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the AOFAS in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control(P<0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive accessory pathway for Achilles tendon rupture is effective in the treatment of Achilles tendon rupture,and the incidence of complications such as sural nerve injury is low.
