可降解泪小管栓塞疗法治疗LASIK术后干眼症的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探析可降解泪小管栓塞治疗准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)后干眼症的疗效。方法:LASIK术后干眼症患者78例,随机分为两组,参照组39例,采用人工泪液治疗,实验组39例,采用VisiPlug可降解泪小管栓塞治疗,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率及相关指标。结果:实验组治疗总有效率为94.9%,高于参照组71.8%,实验组患者BUT、Sit值的改善效果优于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可降解泪小管栓塞疗法治疗LASIK后干眼症是一个理想的治疗方案。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of biodegradable lacrimal canalicular embolization in the treatment of dry eye after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Methods:78 patients with dry eye after LASIK were randomly divided into two groups.39 patients in the control group were treated with artificial tears and 39 patients in the experimental group were treated with VisiPlug biodegradable lacrimal canalicular embolization.The total effective rate and related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.9%,which was higher than 71.8%of the control group.The improvement of BUT and Sit values in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biodegradable lacrimal canalicular embolization is an ideal treatment for dry eye after LASIK.
