腰椎间盘突出症的三维牵引治疗及护理

Three-dimensional traction treatment and nursing of lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨不同角度的三维牵引治疗与护理对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效影响。方法:住院拟实行计算机控制三维牵引治疗的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组牵引力为患者体重的1/2,牵引角度±15°,旋转度数±15°;对照组牵引力为患者体重的1/3,牵引角度±5°,旋转度数±5°。治疗过程中的护理措施相同。采用疼痛评分和患者满意度考察疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组疼痛减轻,评分(1.80±0.95),优于对照组评分(2.35±0.87),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度为96.6%,明显高于对照组的78.3%(P<0.05)。结论:三维牵引与护理治疗腰椎间盘突出症所采用牵引力、牵引角度和旋转度数影响治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of three-dimensional traction from different angles and nursing on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were to be treated by computer controlled three-dimensional traction were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The traction force of observation group was 1/2 of the patient’s body weight,the traction angle±15°,the rotation±15°and the traction force of control group were 1/3 of the patient’s body weight,the traction angle±5°and the rotation±5°.The nursing measures in the course of treatment are the same.Pain score and patient satisfaction were used to evaluate the efficacy.Results:After treatment,the pain relief effect of the observation group(1.80±0.95)was better than(2.35±0.87)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 96.6%,which was significantly higher than 78.3%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional traction,traction angle,rotation angle and nursing affect the therapeutic effect of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
