摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是工作年龄人群第1位的致盲性疾病,引起DR患者视力损害的主要原因是糖尿病性黄斑水肿和(或)硬性渗出(曾经或正在出现黄斑水肿)。目前,糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿主要有药物、激光、手术及联合治疗等方法。笔者就糖尿病性黄斑水肿的治疗进行综述。
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is the first blinding disease in the working age population.The main causes of visual impairment in DR patients are diabetic macular edema and/or hard exudation(macular edema has been or is emerging).At present,the treatment of diabetic retinopathy macular edema mainly includes drug,laser,surgery and combined treatment.This article reviews the treatment of diabetic macular edema.
