阿尔茨海默病的药物治疗研究现状

Research status on drug therapy of Alzheimer's disease

阿尔茨海默病(AD)的一线治疗药物主要是美金刚和胆碱酯酶抑制药。除此之外,还有钙拮抗药、非甾体抗炎药、他汀类药物、雌激素和中药等用于AD的治疗。一些新兴治疗方法如免疫治疗以及药物联合治疗方案也在进一步研究中。本文就近年来国内外AD相关药物治疗的研究现状进行综述。

The first-line treatments for Alzheimer’s disease( AD) are memantine and cholinesterase inhibitors. In addition,calcium ant-agonists,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,statins,estrogens and Chinese medicines are also used for the treatment of AD. Some emerging treatments such as immunotherapy and drug combination therapy are also under further investigation. This article reviews the research status of AD-related drug therapy at home and abroad in recent years.
