摘要
人参皂苷Rg3主要存在于五加科植物人参的根部,属于固醇类化合物。人参皂苷Rg3具有多种药理活性,包括抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒与神经保护等。本文就近年来国内外人参皂苷Rg3的药理活性研究进展作一综述。
Ginsenoside Rg3 mainly exists in the root of ginsengs which belong to the Araliaceae and is a sterol compound. In recent years,a large number of studies at home and abroad have shown that ginsenoside Rg3 has various pharmacological activities,including anti-tumor,anti-inflammation,anti-virus and neuroprotection. Given Rg3 ginsenoside has extensive pharmacological activities,this review summarizes the research progress on pharmacological actions of ginsenoside Rg3.
