摘要
影响脑卒中的因素众多,如缺血持续时间和缺血严重程度、侧支循环系统和全身血压、病原学和梗塞部位,以及年龄、性别、各种治疗的并发症和遗传背景等。因侧重方面不同,脑卒中的实验动物模型不同,需选用合适的动物模型模拟人类卒中的实际情况,以期得到更准确的研究结果。本文对各种动物模型的优缺点以及动物模型与人类实际情况的对比进行综述。
There are many factors can influence ischemic stroke,such as ischemia duration and severity,collateral circulation system and the whole body blood pressure,etiology and infarction,as well as the age,gender,various treatment of complications,and genetic background,etc.Because of the different emphasis,the experimental animal models of cerebral apoplexy are different,and appropriate animal models should be selected to simulate the actual conditions of human stroke,so as to obtain more accurate results.This article reviews the advantages and disadvantages of various animal models,as well as the comparison between animal models and human actual situations.
