高脂血症患者个体化用药的应用研究

Pharmaceutical practice of individualized drug used in patients with hyperlipidemia by clinical pharmacists

目的探讨精准用药门诊临床药师参与高脂血症患者用药方案调整的方法与效果。方法以就诊的3例高脂血症患者的药物治疗为例,临床药师根据药物的临床疗效和患者的病情变化调整降脂药物,拟定最佳药物治疗方案。结果与结论 3例高脂血症患者临床症状明显改善,血脂控制良好。药师通过精准用药门诊参与高脂血症患者的药物调整,为患者制定个体化药学服务,保证了患者用药的安全性和有效性。

Objective To explore the method and effect of clinical pharmacists in accurate medication outpatient participating in the drug regimen adjustment for hyperlipidemia patients.Methods Taking three patients with hyperlipidemia as an example,clinical pharmacists adjusted the therapeutic regimen based on clinical efficacy and patient’s condition and optimized the drug treatment plan for patients.Results and conclusion The clinical symptoms of three patients with hyperlipidemia were improved and the blood fat was controlled well.The pharmacist is involved in the drug adjustment of patients with hyperlipidemia through the accurate medication outpatient,so as to provide individualized pharmaceutical care for the patients,and ensure the safety and effectiveness of the medication.
