血府逐瘀胶囊处方点评及用药分析

Analysis on prescription comment and drug use of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules

目的分析我院门诊血府逐瘀胶囊处方规范性与合理性。方法调取我院门诊2018年1月至2018年10月的血府逐瘀胶囊处方,对所有处方逐一进行点评并对患者性别、年龄、药物使用科室分布、服用剂量和疗程、临床诊断等情况回顾性分析。结果我院2018年1月至2018年10月共调取门诊血府逐瘀胶囊处方14607张,患者性别比例为男∶女=1. 0∶2. 8,年龄主要集中于20~50岁。使用科室主要集中在乳腺外科,用量占全院总用量的63. 43%。服用剂量规范合理的处方占总处方数的99. 74%。未出现超疗程的不合理处方行为。但处方存在较多的临床诊断不适宜现象。结论我院门诊血府逐瘀胶囊使用中很多细节未引起重视,存在较多不合理问题,审方药师和点评药师应积极开展中成药审核管理,充分发挥专业优势。

Objective To analyze the standardization and rationality of prescription of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules.Methods From January 2018 to October 2018,prescriptions of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules were taken from the outpatient department of our hospital.All the prescriptions were reviewed one by one,and the gender,age of the patients,drug use department distribution,dosage and course of treatment,clinical diagnosis and other conditions were retrospectively analyzed.Results From January 2018 to October 2018,a total of 14607 prescriptions of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules were taken from our hospital.The gender ratio of the patients was male∶female=1.0∶2.8,and the age was mainly between 20 and 50 years old.The use was mainly concentrated on the department of breast surgery,which accounts for 63.43%of the total amount of the hospital.Standard and reasonable dosage of prescription accounted for 99.74%of the total number of prescriptions.There was no unreasonable prescription behavior of over-course of treatment.However,there are many inappropriate clinical diagnoses in prescription.Conclusion Many details in the use of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules in the outpatient department of our hospital have not been paid attention to,and there are many unreasonable problems.Pharmacists in prescription examination and evaluation should actively carry out the examination and management of Chinese traditional patent medicine,and give full play to their professional advantages.
