Study on hemostatic effect of the Pegaeophyti Radix Et Rhizoma

摘要 目的研究高山辣根菜乙醇提取物的止血效果。方法按体重将小鼠随机分为4组:正常组、对照组和低、高2个剂量实验组,每组10只。高、低2个剂量实验组灌胃660,330 mg·kg-1高山辣根菜乙醇提取物,对照组灌胃云南白药混悬液400 mg·kg-1,正常组灌胃蒸馏水。连续灌胃10 d后,测定和比较各组的出血时间(BT)、凝血时间(CT)、红细胞数目和血小板数目。结果正常组、对照组和低、高剂量2个实验组的BT分别为(296.2±40.4),(211.0±76.0),(189.8±68.8),(136.8±51.4)s;对照组和低、高2个剂量实验组与正常组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。这4组的CT分别为(191.1±55.1),(117.2±42.8),(147.3±59.1)和(101.2±33.0)s;对照组和高剂量实验组与正常组相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。这4组的红细胞数目分别为(6.7±1.5)×1012,(7.9±0.9)×1012,(7.8±0.9)×1012和(9.1±0.9)×1012/L;对照组和低、高剂量2个剂量实验组与正常组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论高山辣根菜对小鼠止血有显著效果,在一定范围内随剂量的增加效果愈加明显。 Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect of Pegaeophyti Radix Et Rhizoma(PRER)by ethanol formulation.Methods The mice were randomly assigned into 4 groups:normal group,control group and low and high two doses experimental groups by weigh.The experimental-H,-L groups were intragastric administration 660,330mg·kg-1dose of PRER ethanol extract,the control group was intragastric administration 400 mg·kg-1Yunnan Baiyao suspension,the normal group was intragastric administration distilled water,continued for 10 d.The the bleeding time(BT),coagulation time(CT),number of red blood cells and number of platelets in the 4 groups were evaluated and comparison.Results The BT in normal group,control group,and low and high two doses experimental groups were(296.2±40.4),(211.0±76.0),(189.8±68.8),(136.8±51.4)s;comparison between control group and two doses experimental groups with normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).The CT in the 4groups were(191.1±55.1),(117.2±42.8),(147.3±59.1),(101.2±33.0)s;comparison between control group and high dose experimental group with normal group,the differences was statistically significant(all P<0.01).The number of red blood cells in the 4 groups were(6.7±1.5)×1012,(7.9±0.9)×1012,(7.8±0.9)×1012,(9.1±0.9)×1012/L;comparison between control group and two doses experimental groups with normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion PRER had significant effect on hemostasis in mice,and the effect became more obvious with the increase of dosage in a certain range.
