摘要
氨基-3-羟基-5-甲基-4-异唑丙酸(AMPA)受体作为重要的离子型谷氨酸受体亚型,广泛分布于中枢神经系统。本文概述了糖尿病认知功能障碍发病机制与AMPA受体不同亚基的关系,将有助于探索糖尿病认知功能障碍潜在治疗靶点,有利于新药的研发。
Theα-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid(AMPA)receptor is widely distributed in the central nervous system as an important ionotropic glutamate receptor subtype.This paper summarizes the relationship between the pathogenesis of diabetic cognitive dysfunction and different subunits of AMPA receptor,which will help to explore potential therapeutic targets for diabetic cognitive dysfunction and facilitate the development of new drugs.
