摘要
目的探讨滇产多汁乳菇水提取物对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂及肝功能的影响。方法以腹腔注射80 mg·kg-1STZ建立糖尿病小鼠模型。将造模成功小鼠随机分为5组(另设正常组12只):模型组、对照组(灌胃二甲双胍125 mg·kg-1)和低、中、高3个剂量实验组(灌胃多汁乳菇1,2,3 g·kg-1),每组12只;模型组和正常组小鼠给予等体积蒸馏水,连续14 d。静脉穿刺取血,每7 d检测空腹血糖值;末次给药后检测血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和三酰甘油(TG)含量。结果 14 d后,正常组、模型组、对照组和高、中、低3个剂量实验组的血糖值分别为(4. 89±0. 81),(22. 37±0. 97),(19. 47±5. 98),(17. 19±4. 94),(19. 91±3. 18)和(18. 89±4. 99) mmol·L-1,模型组与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 001);对照组和3个剂量实验组与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 001)。模型组和高剂量实验组的血清TG分别为(1. 23±0. 35)和(0. 90±0. 16) mmol·L-1,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);模型组和高、中、低3个剂量实验组的血清GPT水平分别为(105. 43±39. 31),(99. 90±55. 27),(143. 58±134. 13)和(231. 67±247. 58)U·L-1,3个剂量实验组与模型组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。结论多汁乳菇水提取物可以降低糖尿病小鼠血糖和血清TG,但对血清GPT无明显影响,表明对肝无保护作用。
Objective To observe the hypoglycemic effects of Lactarius volemus Fr.water extract in diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin(STZ).Methods A mouse model of diabetic was constructed by intraperitoneal injection of STZ at a dose of 80 mg·kg-1.The model mice were randomly divided into five groups(12 mice in another normal group):model group,control group(metformin 125 mg·kg-1 by gavage)and experimental-L,experimental-M,experimental-H group(Lactarius multijuice 1,2,3 g·kg-1 by gavage);the model group and normal group was treated with distilled water of equal volume for 14 days.The mice were recorded for changes in fasting blood glucose levels every 7 days.After the last administration,the serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT)and triglyceride(TG)levels were detected.Results After administration for 14 days,the fasting blood glucose levels in normal group,model group,control group and experimental-L,experimental-M,experimental-H groups were(4.89±0.81),(22.37±0.97),(19.47±5.98),(17.19±4.94),(19.91±3.18)and(18.89±4.99)mmol·L-1,respectively;comparison between model group and normal group,the difference was significantly(P<0.001);comparison between control group and experimental-L,experimental-M,experimental-H groups with model group,the difference were significantly(all P<0.001).The TG of model group,experimental-H group were(1.23±0.35),(0.90±0.16)mmol·L-1,comparison between experimental-H group and model group,the difference was significantly(P<0.05).The serum GPT levels of the model group and experimental-L,experimental-M,experimental-H groups were(105.43±39.31),(99.90±55.27),(143.58±134.13),and(231.67±247.58)U·L-1,comparison between experimental-L,experimental-M,experimental-H group and model group,the difference wasn’t significantly(all P>0.05).Conclusion The Lactarius volemus Fr.water extract can reduce blood sugar and serum TG in diabetic mice.There is no significant effect on serum GPT at the appropriate dose and no protective effect on the liver.
