阿司匹林片联合地奥司明片治疗大隐静脉曲张术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床研究

Clinical trial of aspirin tablets combined with diosmin tablets in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after operation of great saphenous vein varicosity

目的观察阿司匹林片联合地奥司明片治疗大隐静脉曲张术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将83例大隐静脉曲张术后下肢DVT患者随机分为对照组41例和试验组42例。对照组予以阿司匹林肠溶片每次100 mg,qd,口服;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予口服地奥司明片每次450 mg,bid。2组患者均治疗15 d。比较2组患者的临床疗效、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶活性时间(APTT),以及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为80. 95%(34例/42例)和58. 54%(24例/41例),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗后,试验组和对照组的TT分别为(15. 22±3. 12)和(11. 68±2. 36) s,PT分别为(15. 20±2. 41)和(10. 84±2. 21) s,APTT分别为(33. 23±3. 84)和(29. 38±3. 96) s,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。2组患者发生出的药物不良反应均以胃肠道反应、凝血抑制和出血为主。试验组和对照组的总药物不良反应发生率分别为7. 14%和21. 95%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论阿司匹林片剂联合地奥司明片治疗大隐静脉曲张术后下肢DVT的临床疗效确切,且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of aspirin tablets combined with diosmin tablets in the treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after operation of great saphenous varices.Methods A total of 83 patients with DVT of lower extremity after operation of great saphenous varices were randomly divided into control group(n=41 cases)and treatment group(n=42 cases).Control group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg per time,qd,orally.Treatment group received diosmin tablets 450 mg per time,bid,orally,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 15 days.The clinical efficacy,thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),partial thromboplastin activity time(APTT)and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of treatment and control groups were 80.95%(34 cases/42 cases)and 58.54%(24 cases/41 cases)with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the main indexes of treatment and control groups were compared:TT were(15.22±2.41)and(11.68±2.36)s,PT were(15.20±2.41)and(10.84±2.21)s,APTT were(33.23±3.84)and(29.38±3.96)s,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The adverse drug reactions of two groups were bleeding,coagulation inhibition,gastrointestinal reactions.The total incidences of adverse drug reactions in the treatment and control groups were 7.14%and 21.95%with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin tablets combined with diosmin tablets have a definitive clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of DVT of lower extremity after operation of great saphenous varices.
