摘要
针对宁波众茂杭州湾热电有限公司4号循环流化床锅炉NOx排放未达到超低排放要求的问题,通过增加锅炉炉膛内受热面,优化旋风分离器结构、返料系统、布风装置,调整二次风系统风口布置,增加烟气再循环系统等措施,进行低氮燃烧技术改造后NOx排放达到了50mg/Nm^3的超低排放要求,并且水冷壁存在的磨损现象得到了很大的改善。
In view of the problem that the NOx emission of 4号CFB boiler in Ningbo Zhongmao Hangzhou wan Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.does not meet the ultra-low emission requirement,the NOx emission after the Low-NOx Combustion Retrofitting has been reached 50 mg/Nm^3 by increasing the heating surface in the furnace,optimizing the structure of cyclone separator,the revert system and the air distribution device,adjusting the tuyere layout of secondary air system and increasing the flue gas recirculation system.Also,the problem of water wall wear has been greatly improved.
