根据高校内部科研管理的需求 ,建立一套能够考核高校内部各科研和教学单位科研水平的综合指标体系 ,进行科研指标综合评价 ,依据量化的分值给予相应的经费奖励和学校自选课题资助 ,为科研管理的规范化提供数据基础。

According to the demand of internal management of scientific research in university, it is useful to establish a synthetic evaluation model in order to test scientific research level of the department in university. The university can provide projects and appropriation to the department on its quantitative data. Regular management is based on this model.
