关于启动中国物流人才教育工程的几点思考

On Starting China's Logistics Education Engineering

本文认为,从总体上看,目前我国尚未形成以物流科技创新和知识型物流人才为核心的物流教育目标体系,缺乏规范化的物流人才培育途径。为满足现代物流业的发展对物流人才的需求,必须尽快启动物流人才教育工程,从学历教育、继续教育、岗位培训三方面制定物流人才培养计划。

This article maintains that China has not set up logistics education target system with logistics science and technology innovation and intellectual logistics personnel as core.We are still short of normal logistics education methods.To meet the need s of modern logistics industry for logistics personnel,we must start the logistics education engineering and make logistics education plans in view of degree education,continuous education and on-the-job training.
