摘要
本文认为,建立和完善企业员工行为控制体系是促使企业遵守市场法律制度、规范市场秩序的关键和重要途径之一。虽然很多企业都在尝试通过制定《员工守则》、职业道德规范等方式来规范员工行为,但是在实践中仍然暴露出员工有较多不当行为。文章建议尽快建立和完善员工行为控制体系,为规范员工和企业行为提供必要的制度基础和保障。
This article maintains that setting and perfecting personnel behavior control system is one of the important ways of impelling enterprises to abide by the laws concerning market and standardizing market order.Many enterprises are trying to standardize personnel behavior by setting″Work Regulation″etc.However,there are still many inappropriate behaviors happened in these enterprises.This article suggests that personnel behavior control system should be set up as soon as possible,so as to build necessary institutional base and assurance for standardizing personnel and enterprises behavior.
