摘要
实验动物标本取材中,小鼠眼球取血法是行之有效的血液标本采集方法,而基于中医学"肝主藏血"、"肝开窍于目"理论,进行实验动物眼球取血的中医理论探讨具有重要意义。
The mouse eye blood sampling was the effective blood specimen collection method in experimental animal specimens obtained. Basing on the TCM theory of'liver stores blood'and'liver opens into the eyes',exploring the TCM theory of experimental animal eye blood sampling had important significance.
