一效膏治疗糖尿病小鼠皮肤溃疡及其机制的研究

Study on Effects of Yixiao Ointment in Treating With Diabetic Skin Ulcer Model in Rats

目的探讨一效膏对糖尿病小鼠皮肤溃疡的治疗作用及机制。方法 84只雄性SPF清洁级小鼠随机分成实验组、阳性对照组和模型对照组,每组28只。经腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)并切取其背部皮肤制备糖尿病小鼠溃疡模型,于治疗后第1、2、3、4周评估各组小鼠的创面愈合率及CD31、VEGF和HIF-1的基因表达。结果实验结束时三组创面愈合率分别为:100%,91.8%,86.8%(P<0.05),实验组CD31、VEGF和HIF-1表达强于阳性对照组,且两组均强于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论一效膏能够促进糖尿病小鼠皮肤溃疡愈合,主要机制为增强组织中基因表达水平,促进肉芽组织增生和血管新生。

Objective To study the treatment effects of Yixiao ointment on the diabetic skin ulcer model in rats. Methods 84 male SPF rats of clean grade rats were randomly divided into the treatment group,the control group and the model group 28 in each. Diabetes in rats by intra peritoneal injection of streptozotocin( STZ) induced and then cutted the skins in the back made of diabetic skin ulcer model of rats assessing the wound healing-rate and the expression of CD31,VEGF and HIF-1 of rats. Results At the end of the experiment 3groups of healing-rates were 100%,91. 8% and 86. 8%( P < 0. 05),numbers the expression of CD31,VEGF and HIF-1 of the treatment group were higher than the control group and both higher than the model group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Yixiao ointment could promote the wound healing-rate of diabetic skin ulcers and promote the tissue and vascular proliferation so as to improve the expression levels.
