中药治疗Chiari畸形合并脊髓空洞症尿失禁1例报告 被引量：4

摘要 本人于2013年1—2月治疗Chiari畸形合并脊髓空洞症尿失禁1例,现将该例患儿临床资料分析如下。1资料与方法患儿,男性,6岁,因'走路不稳、尿频3年余'于2006年7月24日入住解放军150医院,作MR平扫提示:T5-L1节段脊髓空洞(上段未包括),诊断为'Chiari畸形Ⅱ级合并脊髓空洞症、脊柱畸形',行颅后窝减压术,术后无明显改善。2009年7月30日因'右下肢无力、跛行1年余'入住河南科技大学第一附属医院神经外科,肢体无抽搐、疼痛,作MRI提示'颈髓空洞症术后',入院诊断为脊髓空洞症。
